Receive Assignment Offers

When businesses create bookings, JobArk connects eligible workers based on:

  • Experience level

  • Location radius

  • Availability

  • Compliance status (RTW, visa validity)

  • Required certifications

  • Your JobArk rating

If selected, You receive clear, time-sensitive shift offer showing:

  • Role title

  • Shift date(s) and time(s)

  • Location and postcode

  • Confirmed hourly rate

  • Break information

  • Dress code / PPE requirements

  • Supervisor name and check-in instructions

  • Overtime terms

See everything upfront – then decide whether to accept.

Work Smarter

Once accepted, your live assignment includes:

  • Exact site address

  • Supervisor name

  • Reporting instructions

  • Assignment contract

  • Pay terms

On arrival, the named supervisor(s) verifies your JobArk ID. This confirms identity and securely records attendance.

Check-in and check-out is logged digitally — creating clean, accurate proof of work, no manual timesheets.

During the assignment

While you’re on site, everything remains structured and recorded properly.

  • Your attendance stays securely logged

  • Approved overtime is recorded digitally

  • Your assignment remains linked to your verified profile

  • Supervisors confirm completion at the end

If overtime is required, it must be requested and approved From within the portal. This protects your pay and ensures hours are accurate.

Build your Profile

Your JobArk Score reflects your consistency and professionalism.

It is built from:

  • Client feedback per assignment

  • Assignment completion

  • Attendance reliability

The stronger your score, the more visible you become when businesses select their workforce.

Your work history becomes proof – not just experience.

Get Paid — PAYE and Protected

All assignments through JobArk are PAYE.

That means:

  • National Living Wage minimum protection

  • Holiday pay included

Once your verified hours are confirmed, payroll is processed automatically.
