For permanent recruitment, JobArk can also support businesses through our temp-to-perm service where appropriate.

There are no subscription fees for workers or businesses to create an account.
Businesses pay per confirmed booking. Workers are paid per completed shift.
JobArk verifies Right to Work in line with Home Office standards, tracks visas and certifications expiries, operates HMRC-aligned PAYE payroll, and supports compliance with AWR, SSP, pension contributions and statutory requirements.
The platform is built to adapt to evolving UK employment law, including 2026/27 reforms and fair work agency enforcement.
Workers
Create a free account, upload your ID and required documents, complete identity verification, and once approved you’ll be eligible for shift offers.
JobArk’s Intelligent Placement System helps our team identify workers who best match a client’s staffing requirements.
When a client submits a booking, the system filters approved workers based on factors such as:
- Skills and experience
- Qualifications and licences
- Right to Work status
- Availability
- Location
- Compliance status
- Sector and role suitability
Our team then reviews the suggested matches before contacting suitable workers to discuss the opportunity.
During the beta launch, JobArk remains a managed staffing service, meaning all worker placements are reviewed and coordinated by our team to ensure the best possible match for both the worker and the client.
As the platform evolves, additional automation and intelligent matching features will be introduced to further enhance the placement process while maintaining JobArk’s commitment to quality, compliance and personal service.
The JobArk Work Passport is your verified digital work profile. It securely stores your approved work information in one place, including your identity verification, Right to Work status, qualifications, certifications, and role eligibility.
Once verified, your Work Passport helps you apply for jobs faster, reduces repeated document checks, and gives businesses confidence that you’re ready to work.
All workers are paid weekly in arrears under PAYE
Once your verified hours are confirmed, your pay is processed automatically. You can see all earnings and deductions clearly in your dashboard.

JobArk never pays below National Living Wage. All statutory contributions are handled correctly.
Yes.
If a business wishes to hire you permanently, they can initiate a temp-to-perm conversion through the platform. it’s your job to give them a reason to hire you.

Keep your profile updated, maintain strong attendance, upload as much as you can, and build your Reliability Score.
Businesses
Once your business account has been approved, you can log in to the JobArk Client Portal and create a staffing request.
Simply provide the key details of your requirement, including:
- Job role
- Number of workers required
- Date(s) and shift times
- Location
- Any qualifications or experience required
- Site instructions or additional information
Once submitted, the JobArk team reviews your request, identifies suitable approved workers and manages the allocation process. Where required, we may contact you to clarify your requirements or discuss commercial details before confirming the booking.
After workers have been confirmed and any applicable payment arrangements have been completed, the booking is finalised and workers are allocated to your assignment.
This keeps the process simple while ensuring every booking is supported by our team and matched with suitable, compliant workers.
All workers:
- Complete onboarding
- Submit Right to Work documents
- Undergo identity verification
- Have certificates tracked and monitored
- Operate under PAYE Assignments
Your dashboard shows a clear hourly rate per shift type.
Rates include worker pay, statutory contributions, compliance handling, and platform margin.
VAT is shown separately.
JobArk generates invoices using the agreed rates stored against each confirmed assignment and the approved hours worked.
Once a worker submits their timesheet and the hours have been reviewed and approved, the system calculates the total charge based on the agreed client rate for that assignment.
Your invoice will clearly show:
- Assignment details
- Worker(s) assigned
- Dates and hours worked
- Agreed hourly rate
- Total charges
- VAT (where applicable)
Invoices are issued in accordance with your agreed payment terms, such as payment in advance, deposit arrangements or approved credit terms.
This process provides an accurate and transparent record of the services supplied, ensuring payroll and invoicing are based on the same approved assignment data.
At JobArk, we aim to provide workers who are appropriately matched to your requirements through our onboarding, compliance checks and managed placement process.
If you believe a worker is unsuitable for an assignment, please contact the JobArk team as soon as possible. We’ll assess the situation, work with you to understand the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a suitable replacement.
We value feedback from both clients and workers. This helps us maintain high service standards, improve future placements and ensure the best possible outcomes for everyone.
Our priority is to resolve any issues quickly and fairly while keeping your business running smoothly.
Yes.
You can initiate a temp-to-perm conversion through your dashboard. A one-off conversion fee applies.
The system tracks insurance and compliance documents. Accounts may be temporarily restricted until documents are updated.
