JobArk is a workforce operating system. We do not simply forward CVs. Every worker is onboarded, verified, and engaged under PAYE employment for each assignment. The entire workforce lifecycle is managed within the system.

There are no subscription fees for workers or businesses to create an account.
Businesses pay per confirmed booking. Workers are paid per completed shift.
JobArk verifies Right to Work in line with Home Office standards, tracks visas and certifications expiries, operates HMRC-aligned PAYE payroll, and supports compliance with AWR, SSP, pension contributions and statutory requirements.
The platform is built to adapt to evolving UK employment law, including 2026/27 reforms and fair work agency enforcement.
Workers
Create a free account, upload your ID and required documents, complete identity verification, and once approved you’ll be eligible for shift offers.
When a client creates an assignment the system connects eligible workers based on:
- Skills and experience
- Verified Certificates
- Active Right to Work status
- Availability
- Clients criteria
- Location radius
Workers receive assignment offers and can accept or decline.
Your JobArk ID acts as your digital work passport.
It verifies your identity, attendance, and right to work each time you check in on site. This creates secure, traceable proof of work and removes the need for manual timesheets.
All workers are paid weekly in arrears under PAYE
Once your verified hours are confirmed, your pay is processed automatically. You can see all earnings and deductions clearly in your dashboard.
No.
JobArk never pays below National Living Wage. All statutory contributions are handled correctly.
Yes.
If a business wishes to hire you permanently, they can initiate a temp-to-perm conversion through the platform. it’s your job to give them a reason to hire you.

Keep your profile updated, maintain strong attendance, upload as much as you can, and build your Reliability Score.
Businesses
Once your account is approvedyou submit a strucrured booking request including role details, shift times, site information, and requirements.
JobArk then connects you to eligible workers. You select and confirm your roster.
All workers:
- Complete onboarding
- Submit Right to Work documents
- Undergo identity verification
- Have certificates tracked and monitored
- Operate under PAYE Assignments
Your dashboard shows a clear hourly rate per shift type.
Rates include worker pay, statutory contributions, compliance handling, and platform margin.
VAT is shown separately.
Invoices are created automatically after verified shift completion.
For ongoing assignments, consolidated weekly invoicing may apply.
Before confirmation. You can replace or adjust your selected roster.
After assignment completion, star ratings and performance tracking maintain quality standards.

Yes.
You can initiate a temp-to-perm conversion through your dashboard. A one-off conversion fee applies.
The system tracks insurance and compliance documents. Accounts may be temporarily restricted until documents are updated.
